How do I place a custom order?

If you don't see exactly what you're looking for, please contact me with your ideas, colors, baby's name, and any inspiration photos.

Can I personalize my order?

Yes! Most items can be personalized with names, monograms, colors, and embroidery designs.

How long does it take to make my order?

All tems are handmade and made to order. Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for production before shipping. Production times may vary depending on current order volume and the complexity of your custom design.

If you need an item by a specific date, please contact me before placing your order and I will do my best to accommodate your request. 

Do you offer rush orders?

Yes, rush orders may be available depending on my current production schedule. Please contact me before placing your order to discuss your deadline. Rush orders maybe subject to an additional fee. 

Are your items handmade?

Yes! Everey item is handmade and machine embroidered with care in Florida.

Payment Policy

To ensure fairness to all customers, orders are not confirmed and production will not begin until payment has been received in full. Production timelines are calculated from the date payment is received, not from the date of the initial inquiry or quote request.
