How do I place a custom order?

If  you don't see exactly what you're looking for, please contact me with your ideas, preferred colors, personalization details, and any inspiration photos. For custom sewing or alterations, please include a brief description of what you need and photos of the item whenever possible.

Can I personalize my order?

Yes! Many items can be personalized with names, monograms, colors, embroidery designs, and other custom details. Available personalization options will vary depending on the item.

Where do I enter my personalization details?

If your selected item includes a name, monogram, or other personalization, first choose your design and add the item to your cart. Continue to Checkout, then click "Need to leave a note or instructions?" in the Order Summary. A Notes or Instructions box will appear. Enter the name, monogram letter, or other requested personalization exactly as you would like it made, and please double-check the spelling before submitting your order.

How long does it take to make my order?

All items are handmade and made to order. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production before shipping. Production times may vary depending on current order volume and the complexity of your custom design.

If you need an item by a specific date, please contact me before placing your order and I will do my best to accommodate your request. 

Do you offer rush orders?

Yes, rush orders may be available depending on my current production schedule. Please contact me before placing your order to discuss your deadline. Rush orders maybe subject to an additional fee. 

Are your items handmade?

Yes! Each handmade item is carefully created and finished in Florida. Embroidery and personalization are added when included in the design or requested by the customer.

Payment Policy

To ensure fairness to all customers, orders are not confirmed and production will not begin until payment has been received in full. Production timelines are calculated from the date payment is received, not from the date of the initial inquiry or quote request.

Do you offer alterations and sewing services?

Yes! I offer select alterations, repairs, and custom sewing services in addition to my handmade and personalized items. Because each project is different, please contact me with a brief description of what you need and, whenever possible, photos of the item. I’ll be happy to review your project and let you know if I can help.
