Production & Shipping

Because each item is handmade and personalized specifically for your order, production time is typically 2–3 weeks before shipping.

Production begins once payment has been received in full. Orders are not considered confirmed or scheduled for production until payment is received.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact me before placing your order. Rush orders may be available depending on my current production schedule and may be subject to an additional fee.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information. Shipping transit times are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control.

Personalized Items

Please review all personalization details carefully before submitting your order. Personalized items are created using the names, dates, monograms, and other information provided by the customer. Because personalized items cannot be resold, they are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges unless an error was made on our part.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our handmade items, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can work together to find a solution.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, orders are generally non-refundable because materials may have been purchased, personalization or production may have begun, or other preparation may have been made specifically for your order.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our cancellation policy.

Alterations, Repairs & Custom Sewing

Alterations, repairs, and custom sewing projects are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me with a description of the work needed and, whenever possible, photos of the item so I can determine whether I can accommodate your project.

Pricing may vary depending on the garment or item, construction, materials, complexity, and the amount of work required. Any estimate provided before I inspect the item in person may be adjusted if additional work or issues are discovered.

A completion date and payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.
