Production & Shipping

Because each item is handmade and personalized specifically for your order, production time is typically 2-3 weeks before shipping.

Production begings once payment has been received in full. Orders are not considered confirmed or scheduled for production until payment is received.

If you need your order by a specific date, please conact me before placing your order. Rush orders may be available depending on my currrent production schedule and may be syubject to an additional fee.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information. Shipping transit times are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control.

Personalized Items

Please review all personalization details carefully before submitting your order. Creativa Craft Design is not responsible for errors in names, dates, monograms or other information provided by the customer. Personalized items cannot be resold and may not be elegible for returns or exchanges unless an error was made on our part.

Returns and Exhange

Due to the personalized nature of our handmade items, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us  within 3 days of delivery so we can work together to find a solution.

Cancellation Policy

Creativa Craft Design takes great pride in handcrafting unique products for our customers. Due to the time, materials and craftmanship that goes into creating each product, we have a strict cancellation policy. 

Cancellation Terms

Orders cancelled 24 hours after your purchase is completed are non-refundable due to the reason that by that time materials and supplies have already been purchased and prepared for your special order and significant time and craftmanship have been invested in creating your unique handmade product.

By placing an order you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to our cancellation policy.
